Looking for acreage plus house/outbuildings in Boundary County Idaho. Other than checking papers and placing an ad, how do you locate them. We have been researching on the internet for a week and can't really zero in on "for sale by owner" sites/ads. The real estate companies want to push the property they list and won't tell you even if they know of any.

I need to find commercial properties for sale by owner in any US city. Preferably office buildings, where can I start?

We are looking into buying a home/land from another couple that has it for sale by owner. We are fine with that but want to know what things to cover and what forms to use in the transaction? Any idea where to get the correct forms or a list of what to be sure to do?

Hello...I was wondering if anyone knew once all is said and done on average how much the lawyer fees usually are for a $200,000 home if you sell it for sale by owner? I understand there will be costs for our advertising, and we did buy our home going through for sale by owner but we don't recall what the costs were to the seller?
